Sunday school
I. We will start off the new year by finishing up our study through “The Exceeding Sinfulness of Sin”
II. David on Leadership This study focuses on 5 principles of leadership in David’s life: Integrity, humility, courage solitude, and organization. By the end of this study, you will see the qualities that allowed David to greatly be used by God.
III. Wholly Holy: How thirsty are you? We all know that if the human body goes without water for just a few days, it will die. But there’s a greater thirst that we should have. The psalmist described it this way, “As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.” We all need to pursue holiness and thereby, pursue God.
IV. Clay to Conquest: “Clay To Conquest” is a study of the Great Eight – the first major Bible characters of the Old Testament. Beginning with Adam (clay) and continuing through Joshua (conquest), you will be awed by how God used ordinary men to do extraordinary things.
Wednesday nights
We will finish “MEAT” and go through “BREAD” in our Christian Growth Series. We will meet on the first and third Wednesday every month at 7 p.m. and spend time as a youth group evaluating out personal walks with Christ. There will be challenges to grow and allow God to continue to mature and fashion you into His image.
Sanctity of Life commitment
In association with the Wichita Falls Pregnancy Help Center and KMOC, a few from our congregation have had the opportunity to speak out on behalf of the unborn through the weekly radio ministry "Have a Heart."
